Kathie Wood has had her Real Estate License since 1994. She is an expert in
all aspects of Real Estate. Kathie specializes in residential Real Estate
sales in Forest Hill, Allenby, Lawrence Park and Bloor and Yorkville.
Kathie also has her Commercial Real Estate designation from the Toronto Real
Estate Board from having worked successfully for many years on many
Commercial real estate transactions. Kathie works closely with her
husband, Herman Wood who specializes in all aspects of Commercial real
estate.
Kathie has most recently been chosen as the lead person and director of the new International Division of Harvey Kalles Real Estate Ltd. Currently HKRE represents properties in Spain, Italy, France, Morocco, Viet Nam, Austria, Antigua, St. Kitts, Panama, and Dominican Republic. This has resulted in new and exciting opportunities to participate in exploring and purchasing real estate in far away and exotic places for a 2nd home or a vacation property.
Kathie is also extensively involved in the Forest Hill/ Allenby community. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the North Toronto Hockey Association and is the incoming North Toronto General Manager for G.T.H.L. affairs. As well she has been Manager/ Trainer for the North Toronto Wild for the past four years, as well as being Manager for the North York Knights Midget "A" team. Her charitable work has been mostly spent with Houselink Community Homes, an organization which strives to improve the quality of life of psychiatric survivors and people who are homeless or otherwise marginalized, through the provision of permanent, affordable and supportive housing. Kathie was the Chair of the Houselink Charity Golf Tournament and was instrumental in raising close to $130,000.00 in a span of two years.
