Michael Kalles, MBA, is President of Harvey Kalles Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage. His vision and stalwart leadership are a large part of the continued success of the company. Over the past 30 years, Michael has built the company from $147 million in gross sales to over $10 billion from 2021 through 2023 alone. One of Michael’s core values is giving back to the community. Today, we support over 250 charitable organizations.

Leslie Richman Bender is a licensed real estate broker. As Chief Operating Officer of Harvey Kalles Real Estate Ltd., Leslie plays an integral role in the development of the company’s strategic goals as well as the overall management of the organization. In addition to her role as COO, she is also Co-Editor of The Collection magazine.

Susan Kruger has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 1988. She enjoyed a very successful real estate sales career with many top companies in Toronto. Susan brings to her role of VP,  Sales Management a wealth of real estate knowledge, exceptional coaching abilities (both one-on-one and for groups), and top notch sales training.

Jeremy Finkelstein, MBA, has worked in real estate marketing for over 25 years, in both resale and pre-construction housing. In his role with Harvey Kalles, Jeremy manages the marketing department, builder relations and pre-construction sales, and partnerships with our global real estate affiliates.
