Duncan comes from a real estate family and is the second generation of top producing Realtors.

He began his career at 25 years old with a focus on luxury real estate however has since expanded to also include development consulting, land assemblies and has gained repeated praise for knowing the future values of real estate in Downtown Toronto.

He has helped to create dozens of "Homes of the Weeks" as well as several large and small condo, loft, and townhouse conversions.

A real estate Broker with over 15 years of experience, Duncan continues to break records implementing his knowledge, instinct and marketing systems and is now proud to be a co-creator of Toronto Fine Homes alongside his partner Yan Gurevich.
