Broadview North

Welcome to The Bridle Path

This section of East York is a diverse and charming neighbourhood that remains close to Toronto’s downtown core.

The Basics

Extending from Broadview and Fulton Avenues, to the corner of Pape Avenue and Minton Place, Broadview North is more broadly understood as an extension of Toronto’s popular Greektown (north of the Danforth). This residential enclave feeds from that energy, but has its own unique vibe.

The Accessibility

Broadview North is close to the Don Valley Parkway, reachable via Pottery Road on the neighbourhood’s eastern edge. Transit riders can access the line 2 subway from either Broadview, Chester or Pape, along Danforth Avenue. Broadview North is one of the most convenient neighbourhoods in Toronto’s east end for commuters.

The Local Homes

Broadview North’s real estate scene is mostly comprised of detached homes, with the occasional condominium and semi-detached in between. This area is primarily residential and is suitable for investors or families who have young children.

The Lifestyle

Home to some of the city’s best Greek food, Broadview North borrows heavily from its heritage with bakeries, cafes, shops, and restaurants lining the busier sections of Pape Avenue. At the same time, Todmorden Mills Park offers residents a serene location to find a moment of peace and quiet.
