The Accessibility
Being this close to the 401 has its perks, and commuters can easily navigate the city both via the major highway and the Don Valley Parkway. At the same time, one can easily get around Midtown Toronto via Lawrence Avenue and York Mills Road. There’s also the nearby Don Mills subway station.
