Old Mill

Welcome to Old Mill

A pristine neighbourhood that shines with beautiful parkland and scenery, Old Mill is one of Toronto’s neighbourhood gems.

The Basics

Located in the heart of West Toronto, Old Mill’s scenic location is due to the Humber River looping right through the heart of the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood itself backs onto King’s Mill Park and the Humber Marshes, with the adjoining neighbourhood of Baby Point to the north, Jane Street to the east, and Bloor to the south.

The Accessibility

Most well known for the subway station which carries its name, getting around Old Mill (and the rest of Toronto) is easy. Drivers, too, can easily make their way down to the South Kingsway, which provides easy access to the Gardiner Expressway and Lake Shore Boulevard.

The Local Homes

Family oriented, with an array of housing options, Old Mill mainly features detached homes which are ideal for families of all kinds. That said, the area is also home to plenty of investment opportunities – offering condos and townhomes, close to the subway station.

The Lifestyle

What’s not to love about Old Mill? The area borrows heavily from the surrounding greenery with area residents spending their time going for walks, rides or packing a picnic and enjoying the great outdoors in style. There’s also the iconic Old Mill Toronto Hotel, as well as the trendy shops on Jane or the conveniences of nearby Bloor Street.
