The intersection of Yonge and St. Clair is the beating heart of this downtown neighbourhood. The borders can be best understood by parkland – with Mt. Pleasant Cemetary to the east, David A. Balfour Park to the east, Oriole Park to the north, as well as Avenue Road to the west.
The Accessibility
Those who call Yonge & St. Clair home are treated to the presence of St. Clair and Davisville subway stations – both providing excellent access throughout the city. There’s also the streetcar along St. Clair Avenue, as well as Yonge Street (one of the city’s main arteries and perfect for walkers).
