Excellent opportunity for a hunt camp or great off grid property for a private existence. The property consists of just over 16 acres and abuts 80 acres of Crown Land. It features mostly nice hardwood bush good access over Crown Land laneway and close to the ATV/Snowmobile trails. The hunt camp is a rustic structure but gives shelter and a place to warm up and dry out. The property has a nice cleared opening ready for new construction or to improve the existing camp. Minutes from Coe Hill and approximately 10 minutes away from a gas station, LCBO, grocery and tons of lakes with public access. (id:41202)
