Meet Andres

Andres is ambitious and unrelenting, both in his personal life and when representing his clients. Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2020, Andres has taken pride in delivering only the highest level of service to his clients, obtaining outstanding results:

• Since 2020 Andres has been involved in over $130,000,000 worth of real estate transactions on both the listing and buying side
• In 2025 Andres ranked the #7 agent globally at Harvey Kalles Real Estate based on total sales volume
• In 2025, represented the purchaser in the highest priced sale on MLS in Forest Hill
• In 2025, sold the 5th highest priced home on MLS in Toronto

Prior to becoming an agent, his career began at Trinity Development Group as part of their investments team, where he underwrote over $1.5 Billion of condominium and multifamily development projects.

In addition to his work in real estate, Andres is passionate about fitness, and regularly trains and competes in local CrossFit competitions. Previously an elite level gymnast, in 2015 Andres was a member of the Canadian National Gymnastics Team.
