Avery has a background in Graphic Design from OCAD University, but his true passion has always been Real Estate! As a third-generation Realtor® with a family history rich in commercial and residential property development, he literally grew up in the business. After over half a decade in the industry, Avery is an experienced agent in his own right, distinguishing himself as a knowledgeable, results-driven professional with strong negotiating skills and a willingness to go the extra mile for his clients.

Avery combines a wealth of property management experience with powerful real estate knowledge to serve clients from all walks of life. Working alongside his mother/partner Michelle Schipper, Avery is part of a dynamic team offering over 30+ years of combined experience dedicated to helping buyers and homeowners across the GTA achieve their real estate goals.
