Meet Jay

Jay Egan is a REALTOR® with Harvey Kalles Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage and co-founder of Toronto Luxury Realty Group. With more than 30 years of experience in business, hospitality, development, and real estate, he brings a broad and practical perspective to the buying and selling process.

Before entering real estate, Jay owned and managed large-scale hospitality operations, including Erl’s Hospitality in downtown Toronto and Eganridge Inn & Spa in Bobcaygeon. He has also personally built and renovated custom homes, giving him valuable insight into construction, design, development potential, and property value.

Jay is experienced in luxury residential real estate, commercial development, negotiation, and investment properties. His understanding of both the business and physical aspects of real estate allows him to provide informed guidance to clients evaluating homes, development opportunities, and renovation projects.

He also appeared as the host and lead real estate expert on Corus Entertainment’s Buying the View, a television series featuring luxury properties in Toronto and other major North American markets that was distributed internationally.

A graduate of Ryerson University’s Ted Rogers School with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Jay combines business acumen, market knowledge, and media experience with a client-focused approach to real estate.
