Meet Nina

Nina Castle understands firsthand what it means to move and build a new home in a new city. Born in Cape Town, South Africa, she relocated to Toronto nearly three decades ago and has since developed an extensive understanding of the city’s neighbourhoods and real estate market.

Combining years of sales experience with strong marketing and interpersonal skills, Nina is passionate about connecting buyers and sellers and helping clients find or create a home that reflects their needs and lifestyle. She is known for her warmth, intelligence, and attentive approach to client service.

Nina has longstanding relationships with some of Toronto’s leading builders and has experience helping clients customize new homes, from layouts and landscaping to other elements of the design process. Whether identifying an off-market opportunity, finding a distinctive property, or guiding the creation of a custom home, she approaches every search with creativity, persistence, and close attention to detail.

After recently making a move of her own to Midtown Toronto, Nina gained an even deeper appreciation for the demands of the moving process. She and her network of trusted professionals help coordinate the many details involved, easing the burden and providing clients with support from beginning to end.
