With over 14 years of real estate experience, Olga Kouritsyna has helped buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants achieve their goals with knowledgeable guidance and exceptional service.

Olga’s journey into real estate began as a landlord, giving her firsthand insight into property ownership, rental management, and the challenges faced by both landlords and tenants. This practical experience continues to shape her approach and allows her to provide advice grounded in real-world knowledge.

Before entering real estate, Olga spent many years in the corporate world, where she developed the strong work ethic and professional skills she brings to every transaction. She is known for being organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and committed to finding solutions for her clients.

Olga holds the Seller Representative Specialist and Accredited Buyer’s Representative designations. She is also working toward her Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation to better serve older adults and their families.

Her goal is to provide honest advice, clear communication, and a seamless experience while building lasting client relationships.
