Meet Samantha

Samantha Graff Benmor is a Senior Realtor and Co-Founder of The Graff Group, with 30 years of experience serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area. Since 1995, she has built a strong reputation in luxury real estate through sharp market analysis, strategic negotiation, emotional intelligence, and a high standard of client care.

Working alongside her mother and real estate leader Cheryl Graff, Samantha has guided hundreds of families through major life transitions, including first-time purchases, relocations, downsizing, estate sales, and divorce-related transactions. She also holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation, supporting clients through later-life moves with care and expertise.

Samantha has developed particular expertise in high-conflict divorce sales. Drawing on her studies in dispute resolution and mediation at Harvard University, she works collaboratively with spouses, lawyers, mediators, financial advisors, and other professionals to manage negotiations with neutrality, transparency, and empathy.

In addition to her knowledge of Toronto’s luxury neighbourhoods, Samantha draws on an international network to assist clients exploring second homes and investment properties abroad. She is also committed to supporting women in business through her FAB Ladies events, which create opportunities for connection, referrals, mentorship, and professional growth.
