Samantha Graff Benmor: Senior Realtor & Co-Founder of The Graff Group since 1995
With 30 years of experience buying and selling real estate in the GTA for clients, I am proud to have earned the respect and professional reputation as one of Toronto’s top real estate agents for luxury real estate. But I do not take that title lightly. I treat each client and each case with unwavering dedication and commitment to excellence. Not every agent has the sharp market analysis, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking required to bring about successful deals and increase my clients’ wealth.
After working alongside my mother and real estate leader Cheryl Graff, we have been at the center of hundreds of families’ most significant life transitions. From the new young couple buying their first home, to the family relocating to Toronto, to the older empty nester moving to a condo, to the sale of a grandparent’s home after death, to the sale of a divorcing couple’s home and the re-establishment of two new homes, we have been chosen to guide them through these milestones.
To further support our clients through later-life transitions, I have also earned my Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation, allowing me to better guide families and individuals through downsizing and senior-focused moves with care and expertise.
One milestone that I have found most rewarding is divorce sales, especially in high-emotion and high-conflict situations. This is where spouses, lawyers, mediators, and even judges have benefited most from my expertise. Family breakdown is emotionally destabilizing for almost everyone. When a family needs to sell their matrimonial home, stress levels rise and often lead to challenges in communication, uncertainty, and fear. I quietly manage conflict through my expertise in real estate and conflict resolution, supported by my studies at Harvard University in dispute resolution and mediation. When I help divorcing spouses, my professional guidance becomes a core factor in facilitating this life transition. I manage negotiations with neutrality, transparency, and empathy.
I have found that working collaboratively with all divorce professionals, including lawyers, coaches, mediators, financial advisors, and judges, significantly minimizes the distress associated with two of life’s most stressful events: divorce and moving.
Beyond my deep local expertise in Toronto’s affluent neighbourhoods, I am also a global realtor. I leverage my international network to support clients seeking second homes or investment properties abroad, from Toronto to Picton, the United States, Israel, Costa Rica, Bangkok, and Dubai.
Speaking of connection, I have committed myself to the empowerment of women in leadership and business. For years, I have organized my FAB Ladies events, creating opportunities for professional women to support each other both personally and professionally. These introductions have led to meaningful referrals, entrepreneurial support, and the sharing of stories of challenges, successes, and growth.
