Meet Scott

Scott Kearns is a licensed Realtor with Harvey Kalles Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage, where he brings more than 20 years of experience in sales training, coaching, leadership, communications, and team development.

He joined Harvey Kalles in 2020 as Marketing and Communications Director for one of the brokerage’s leading teams before expanding his focus into client service as a Realtor. Scott’s approach is grounded in integrity, honesty, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to helping people navigate important decisions with confidence.

Before entering real estate, Scott built an extensive career in hospitality, business development, and organizational leadership. He held senior roles with True North Hospitality and S.I.R. Corp. and was part of the opening management team at Canoe, one of Toronto’s best-known restaurants. His work has included concept development, new business growth, team building, and the launch of a 17,000-square-foot restaurant facility.

Scott has also been recognized for leadership and team development, including national and North American distinctions in previous organizations. Outside of work, he has coached Special Olympics athletes with Georgian Peaks Thunder and has competed as a triathlete, marathon runner, and internationally ranked skier.
