Meet Carol

Carol Love is a REALTOR® with Harvey Kalles Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage, serving Prince Edward County, Hastings County, and Eastern Ontario. She brings a strong background in communications, project leadership, and client service to her real estate practice.

Carol began her career in broadcasting, working in Toronto and on international joint ventures in communications, marketing, public relations, and stakeholder engagement. She later contributed to complex public-sector projects, including procurement and venue planning for the Toronto 2015 Pan American Games. These experiences strengthened her skills in planning, negotiation, logistics, budgeting, and delivering results under demanding timelines.

Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages from the University of Denver. Today, she combines her professional experience with local market knowledge to provide buyers and sellers with clear advice, careful preparation, and strategies tailored to their goals.

Together with her husband and business partner, REALTOR® Joe Martin, Carol forms the Love & Martin team, known as “REALTORS® Who Perform.” Whether representing a first-time buyer, waterfront estate, historic home, or country property, she approaches every transaction with integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
