Meet Joe

Joe Martin is a REALTOR® with Harvey Kalles Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage, serving Prince Edward County, Hastings County, and the surrounding Eastern Ontario region. He is known for thoughtful advice, strong negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of local market trends.

Before entering real estate, Joe worked in music, international property management, business, and technology. His background in tech and digital systems informs a modern approach to marketing, pricing, and client guidance. These varied experiences have also shaped his disciplined work ethic and ability to connect with clients from all walks of life. Together with his wife and business partner, Carol Love, Joe forms the husband-and-wife team known as “Realtors Who Perform.”

Joe specializes in residential homes, waterfront properties, luxury estates, country homes, investment opportunities, and recreational properties throughout Prince Edward County and neighbouring communities.
